Does Your Dog's Back Hurt?
Most dogs don't yelp. They just quietly change. Most owners recognise these signs the moment they read them.
✓ Stiff or slow getting up after lying down
✓ Hesitates at the stairs or won't jump up anymore
✓ Moves more carefully than they used to
✓ Less excited about walks or playtime
✓ Back legs look weaker or unsteady
✓ Sleeps more, plays less, just not themselves
Will This Fit My Dog?
PawBack comes in three sizes and fits most dogs comfortably with fully adjustable velcro belly straps.
Small — up to 10 lbs. Dachshunds, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, small Terriers.

Large — 35 to 80 lbs. Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Huskies.
Not sure between two sizes? Always go larger. The straps are fully adjustable so a larger size will fit just right.

Before PawBack Cooper could barely walk across the room without stopping. He was hunching his whole back and just looked miserable. 3 weeks later he's running around the garden like nothing ever happened. I cried the first time I saw it.

What Is Red Light Therapy?
Hidden inside every cell in your dog's body is a tiny engine called the mitochondria. When it's working well, your dog heals fast, moves freely, and feels like themselves. When it slows down, everything slows down with it.
Red light therapy shines specific wavelengths, 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared, directly into the tissue. The mitochondria absorbs them, produces more energy, and triggers the body's natural repair process.
It's not heat. It's not a laser. It's light doing what sunlight was always meant to do.
What's Actually Happening Under The Fur
Most people assume their dog is just getting older. The stiffness in the morning. The hesitation on the stairs. The slow walk to the door.
That's not age. That's inflammation sitting in the back muscles and spinal tissue with nowhere to go.
Red light penetrates 2 to 3 inches below the skin, reaching deep into the tissue where the problem actually lives, reducing inflammation, increasing circulation, and rebuilding what chronic tension has worn down.
Most dogs show visible changes within 7 to 14 days.
Clinical-Grade Therapy. In Your Living Room
Vet red light sessions cost $50 to $100 each. Two to three times a week. Indefinitely.
PawBack delivers the same wavelengths directly to your dog's back and spine at home. Slip it on, press start, and let your dog lie down, sit, or stand for 10 to 20 minutes.
By the time the session ends, the work is already done.
Three Steps. That's It.
1. Fit the Vest Over the Back
Slip the PawBack over your dog's head and position the red light pad centred over the back and spine. Secure the adjustable straps under the belly. Fits snug without restricting movement.
2. Select Mode and Press Start
Use the digital indicator to choose your intensity. Press the power button and the red light pad activates instantly. Battery powered, no cord needed. Your dog can stand, sit, or lie down.
3. 10 to 20 Min, That's It
Let your dog relax while the red light works on the back muscles and spine area. Most dogs settle within the first minute. Remove the vest when the session ends. Done.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does red light therapy help my dog's back?
Red light therapy is commonly used in dog wellness routines to support muscle recovery, ease tension, and promote comfort in targeted areas. When used regularly on the back and spine, many owners notice their dog more settled, more comfortable, and moving with more ease day to day.
When should I use PawBack?
After active days, rough play, long walks, or any time your dog seems stiff or sore in the back. Many owners use it daily as part of a back-care routine, especially for breeds prone to spinal issues. It works as a warm-up before activity and a recovery tool after.
Is it safe to use on the spine area?
Yes. PawBack uses gentle red light designed for everyday use on the back and spine area. It is non-invasive and does not apply pressure or heat. Always avoid use over open wounds, active infections, or skin conditions, and check with your vet if your dog has a diagnosed spinal condition.
Can I use it on older or sensitive dogs?
Yes. PawLegs Mini is designed to provide a gentle, calming experience and is commonly used on dogs of all ages, including senior dogs with naturally stiff joints. Always monitor your dog's comfort level and consult your veterinarian if you have concerns about specific conditions.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Many owners notice their dog more settled and comfortable after the first few sessions. For lasting results, consistency is key. Use PawBack regularly as part of your dog's daily routine and most owners report a clear difference within one to two weeks.
Will this fit my dog?
PawBack is designed to fit most dogs comfortably with adjustable secure straps that let you get the right fit regardless of body shape.
As a general guide:
Small breeds (Dachshund, Chihuahua, Pomeranian) — excellent fit, great for daily back care on smaller frames. Medium breeds (Spaniel, Beagle, Border Collie) — perfect fit, the most common size we see. Large breeds (Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd) — fits well, the pad sits centred over the back area comfortably. Giant breeds (Great Dane, Saint Bernard) — we recommend checking the chest and back measurements against our size guide before ordering.
Not sure? Message us your dog's breed and weight and we will confirm the right fit in minutes.

My Chihuahua can be pretty nervous with anything new, so I expected it to take a while before he accepted PawBack. Surprisingly, he relaxed almost immediately during the first session and now he completely settles when I put it on him. I’ve noticed he seems less stiff after longer walks and much more comfortable relaxing around the house afterward.
Our Golden Retriever is getting older and started showing some stiffness around his back after long walks or colder weather. We’ve been using PawBack every evening and he genuinely seems more comfortable overall now. He lies calmly through every session and moves around easier afterward. It’s become a very easy part of our routine.
We weren’t expecting huge results right away, but after sticking with PawBack consistently, our dog genuinely seems happier and more mobile overall. He stretches easier, settles down faster after walks, and doesn’t seem nearly as uncomfortable after active days anymore. The warmth is gentle and soothing without ever feeling too strong.
My Border Collie is extremely active and usually pushes himself too hard during training days, so recovery has always been important. PawBack has honestly become one of my favorite tools for helping him relax afterward. He seems much less stiff the next morning and settles down almost immediately during sessions. Really impressed with both the comfort and the quality.
I bought PawBack for my Cocker Spaniel after noticing he would take a long time to settle after walks and playtime. Since using it regularly, he seems much less sore afterward and even gets excited when he sees me grabbing the wrap now. The quality feels excellent and it’s simple enough to use every day without hassle.
Our Tibetan Spaniel has been slowing down a bit with age and would sometimes seem uncomfortable after active days outside. After using PawBack consistently for a few weeks, he’s been moving around much more comfortably and seems far more relaxed during the evenings. The warmth feels very gentle and calming, and the wrap itself fits securely without sliding around.
Our Dachshund has always had a sensitive back, especially after jumping around too much during the day. We started using PawBack as part of his evening routine and the difference has honestly been noticeable. He seems much more comfortable afterward and settles down so much easier at night now. The wrap is lightweight, easy to use, and doesn’t bother him at all while wearing it.
